Welcome to the eFamilyFun "scratch and dent" page. Periodically we haveitems that are damaged in the warehouse, damaged in shipping or justreturned by a customer. Many of these items are in new condition, butcan not be sold as such since they have been returned. Other items haveminor but noticable defects. Still others are significantly effected by shipping damage and might require refinishing or tolerating of a visible defect. All items are sold "as is" and are final sale. Thereare no returns accepted with these special, heavily discounted items.For convenience we include detailed photos and categorize each item according to the following matrix :

• New :The item is new andunused. There may be damage to the packaging but no damage to theproduct itself. We will also include discontinued inventory
• Like New :The item is innew condition but may have been removed from the packaging and possablyassembled. 
• Used : Item is in usedcondition. It may be a return that has been removed from the packaging,assembled and had light use. item, will be in working condition but mayhave signs of use. 
• Scratch and Dent : Item hasbeen damaged in some way that will be fully disclosed. Item is inworking condition.pictures of any damage will be provided.
