Paul: Thank you so much for helping me pick out this Atomic AH800 Air Hockey table for my grandchildren's Christmas gift. As you can see, as soon as it was set up they were playing. My daughter and son-in-law are quite happy with the quality etc. Again, thank you for all your help.

Delivery was prompt, but it was damaged during shipping. There was a hole straight through the box and into the table. We followed the very clear directions that we had been emailed by efamilyfun and inspected the box, saw the hole and refused the delivery. We called that same day, told them what we had done, they said perfect, they confirmed it and had another one shipping that same day. We assumed they would wait for it to get back, check it etc. We got the next one in no time! They were very nice and I was very impressed. Things happen, it's how you deal with those things that makes for a good or bad experience.

And it was a breeze to order and pay for the shuffle board table. The product came earlier than what they estimated, which was good, and the cartons were in excellent shape. When I called customer service for a few questions regarding shipping before i had recieved the merchandise they were VERY helpful and friendly. The actual playing board/table has a slight warp to it but not bad enough to try and ship it back to the company otherwise I would contact them about it and I'm sure they would be very proffessional about it as before but as I stated,I don't believe it is bad enough to ship it back being that it weighs 250 pounds. But I would deffinately do business with efamily fun in the future, for sure. |
